Youth Empowerment Programme
NP Group is committed to empowering young people by preparing them for life after school. Through our School Career Guidance and Youth Development Programme, we conduct school visitations for high school learners, particularly Grade 11 and Grade 12 students, to provide career guidance, workplace readiness training, and practical advice on opportunities available after matric.
At NP Group, we understand that not every matriculant will pursue higher education. Our mission is to ensure that every young person is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make informed decisions about their future, whether through employment, entrepreneurship, further studies, or skills-based training opportunities.
We work closely with schools, educational institutions, businesses, and community stakeholders to bridge the gap between education and employment while creating awareness of the many opportunities available to South African youth.
This positions NP Group as not only a recruitment and business solutions company, but also as a youth empowerment and career development organisation dedicated to preparing learners for success beyond the classroom.
